Return Policy

We will gladly issue refunds for returns of all unopened products that you return to us within 30 days of delivery.  Opened products may not be returned.  We do not accept C.O.D. packages/returns or pay for return shipping.  

Please inspect your order promptly after you receive it and notify us within 7 days if you receive damaged products for a replacement shipment.  Failure to notify us within 7 days shall constitute a waiver of damage claims.  Note that certain Unearthed products have temperature storage requirements and all of them should be kept dry.  Failure to properly store the products may cause them to become unusable.  We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged subsequent to delivery.  

 

Return Process:

1. Email info@unearthedpaints.com and provide your order number and what products you are returning.

2. Mail your return to the following address. Include your original packing slip, or your order number.   

3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days.
